FAQ & Support
Credits are consumed by character count when audio generation succeeds. Failed generations do not deduct credits. Pro users always spend monthly credits first, then top-up credits.
Pro is a monthly subscription that refills 100,000 credits each month and adds a +10% bonus to every top-up purchase while active. Top-up packs are one-time purchases — your credits never expire and you only buy when you need more.
Pro renews monthly through whichever store you bought it from — the App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android (coming soon), or Paddle on web/desktop. You can cancel any time inside that store; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Yes. Each voice has a static preview clip you can play to choose the right tone before generation.
