Account Deletion Request

1. How to Request Deletion

Send a request to contact@silentera.media from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line Account Deletion Request and include any account identifier you have (sign-in email, order/receipt ID).

2. Identity Verification

For security, we may request additional identity verification before processing deletion to prevent unauthorized account removal. We will only act after we are reasonably satisfied with the request's authenticity.

3. What We Delete

  • Account profile information and sign-in linkage.
  • Application usage history where deletion is technically and legally permitted.
  • Associated device/session mappings no longer required for security controls.

4. What May Be Retained

  • Purchase and transaction records required for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Security logs retained for a limited period to protect platform integrity.
  • Records required to comply with applicable legal obligations and dispute handling.

5. Processing Time

Most deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after identity verification.

6. Effect of Deletion

Deletion is generally permanent. Access to your account, remaining credits, and associated in-app history may not be recoverable after completion. Please ensure you no longer need any of this data before requesting deletion.
